All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth

Gavin's first lost teeth came out in an interesting way. His adult teeth grew up behind the baby teeth and didn't kill the baby teeth roots, so the baby teeth stayed firm in his gums. We had to take him to the dentist to have the teeth extracted so that the adult teeth could grow in properly. The first picture shows the one adult tooth that had already grown in behind the baby tooth. The last three pics are after Gavin got the teeth pulled at the dentist. He has his teeth in a little blue treasure box in the last picture. He put them under his pillow and the tooth fairy brought him 2 dollars.
